1. Can I try on the garments, before purchase?

All garments are vintage styles, which you may find in better vintage stores. There you could get a first idea about fit. If you have any questions in regards to fit and sizing please do email us and we help you further. Also if you are close to Berlin, you can pop into our studio to try on a style in person.

2. Can I return an item, when the fit is not right?

Each item can be returned within seven days of delivery as long as its original tags are attached and it is unwashed and unworn. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the costumer.

3. How do I look after my embellished garment?

All items have been embroidered by hand and are delicate. Please be gentle with your Anne Bernecker jackets and shirts and avoid wearing backpacks or shoulder straps on top of the embellishment as this could damage it. Please hand wash or gentle machine wash your shirts and denim jackets and don’t dry clean it. However all blazers and trousers should be dry cleaned as usual. In Berlin we do recommend our cooperation partner Cleanteam.
